Post Civ Pro Christmas Celebration

Ahhhh. 2 exams down 1 to go! My exam today was by far the most difficult challenge I was facing during this finals period. Words cannot even begin to describe the relief I felt when I uploaded my exam (yes....we do everything on laptops). The exam was horrid, but I think I wrote a solid B test (hopefully)....for those of you not super familiar with law school, a B is actually a good grade here. Either way, I'm SO happy that it's done.

To celebrate my girlfriends and I decided to check out New York's Christmas decorations. We saw the Rockefeller Center tree, the skating rink, Saks Windows, Bergdorff's, and more. It was really amazing. I am helping my neice with a school project, taking pictures with her "travel-buddy" Peace Bear, so he was along for the ride.

Ahhh. I'm so tired I can hardly form coherent sentences. Going to get some rest so I can get up in the morning and study the Criminal Law.

Less than a week till the midwest! Love and Hugs!!!!

1 Down.....2 To Go!!!!!

Hey everyone! Just a quick note to let you guys know I've finished my first law school exam! I took my 8 hour contracts take home final today. The beauty of the test was that we had 8 hours to take it but it didn't last nearly that long. I am basking in the glory of being 1/3 of the way through this finals period. Well...basking for this evening at least. My professor is throwing us a party to celebrate...so I'm headed there for a little bit. After that it is most likely back here to work some more. 2 more tests, Civil Procedure on the 15th and Criminal Law on the 20th. Civil Procedure will definitely be the hardest one of all, so these next few days are crucial. Send lots of warm fuzzy vibes my way :)

I'm home to Iowa on the 21st...then driving up to Minnesota on the 27th through January 3rd...then back to Iowa until the 9th of January. I am looking forward to relaxing, reading for pleasure, and seeing as many of you as possible. Hope you are all well!

Much love,

Nicole Renee
